What are your operating hours?

Monday – Friday:  9am – 5pm

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We have a mobile showroom, where we bring the uniforms to your business.

What brands do you supply?

We supply over 20 brands in our core range, and have access to many more. You can find our main brands in our core range, and our main suppliers’ catalogues in our catalogues section.

Do you supply items for all shapes and sizes?

We supply over 20 leading brands, which range products across a variety of shapes and sizes. Various brands supply ladies’ shirting in sizes 6 – 20, 26, or 30, and ladies’ suiting in sizes 4 – 20, 26 or 30. We have brands which supply men’s shirting in sizes XS – 5XL, and men’s suiting in sizes 77 – 127. Additionally, many polo ranges are available in ladies’ sizes 6 – 24, and men’s sizes XS – 5XL. We have lots of different styles suitable for different body shapes, to make sure that everyone can find something they can look good and feel great in.

Do you supply items that don’t need ironing?

Yes. We supply plenty of shirting ranges that don’t require ironing, including button up blouses and shirts, and draped and fitted blouses. We supply several easy care suiting pieces including dresses, skirts and pants. Also, many of the polo shirts do not need ironing.  The main materials that don’t require ironing are polyester, elastane, and viscose.

Do you supply maternity uniforms?

Yes. We supply various brands that have maternity suiting pieces in their range. Additionally, there are many shirting ranges that are perfect for those with growing bellies!

Do you supply uniform accessories such as belts, ties, and scarves?

Yes. We supply a large range of stylish accessories to go with your garment. We have belts in a wide variety of styles and colours, as well as corporate ties, and scarves.

How many staff do we need to have for you to visit our Business?

We are happy to come out to your business with our range for however many staff you have. However, there is a minimum order fee for your first order. Please ask for further information as we would love to visit.

Do you provide samples?

We have a large variety of samples in our collection that we are happy to deliver and/or send to you. If we are required to order in a specific sample that we do not have in our sample range then there is a sample fee for the item. We request all samples are returned within 3 working days, to PO Box 5141, Maroochydore, QLD 4558.

Do you do Custom Made Uniforms?

We are able to assist you with designing and having your own uniforms manufactured. We are able to have fabric made to the right colour, and designed to a style that works for your business. There are minimum numbers required for this service depending on your request, but a basic guideline is a minimum of 50 garments.

Do you have a catalogue?

We have individual catalogues for our leading suppliers, many of which can be found in the catalogue section of our website. Please feel free to contact us if can’t find what you are looking for on our website, and we can research our catalogues and put together a range that might be suitable for you.

Do you have a pricelist?

We don’t have a pricelist because all of our garments are sourced from different suppliers, so we have lots of pricelists. We can provide you with a quote for the styles and quantities you are interested in purchasing. Please contact us to request a quote.

Can I get a quote?

Yes. We can happily provide you with a quote, via email or via our website.

Via email: if you already know your requirements, please email them to luana@uniformsisters.com.au and we will provide you with a quote.

Via the website: simply choose a style you are interested in and ‘Add To Quote’. When you are finished browsing, simply complete the contact details and submit your request for a quote. From there we will email you a quote.

Can you provide express orders?

We can expedite orders to meet required deadlines. However, this results in extra costs. Please contact us for more details.

How do I place an order?

If you already know your style and size, fill out the order form available on our website and email it to luana@uniformsisters.com.au. Alternatively, you can call 0421 699 779 and order over the phone.

Do you do embroidery?

We are not embroiderers, however we work with embroiderers and we can easily arrange for your uniforms to be embroidered with your logo. This streamlines the process and means you only have one company to liaise with.

Will I be able to see a sample of my embroidery?

Yes. We have a fabric sample done when we set up the embroidery and we show this to you for proofing.

Do you do screen-printing?

We are not screen-printers, however we work directly with screen-printers and we can organise to have your garments screen-printed to your design requirements. This streamlines the process and means you only have to liaise with us.
